House Cancellation Policy
A reservation, whether
by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone, is a legally binding contract. To protect
against late cancellation and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put
the following policy into place.
- Cancellation of a booking
must be conveyed to the proprietor at least 7 days prior to the first date
on which the accommodation is to be provided.
- If a cancellation occurs
after this time, or if the customer does not turn up at all, the proprietor
will be entitled to charge the full accommodation price.
- This charge is payable
by the customer within 30 days of the date that notice of termination is
received.
- The proprietor may
choose to charge the customer's credit card or invoice the customer.
